Girls Holiday Gift Guide

It's that time of year again, and packaging up hundreds of holiday bows with tinsel and candy canes has me in true Christmas shopping mode! We moms know there aren't enough hours in a day, but luckily there are so many mazing small shops that make holiday shopping easy, fun, and in some cases, life changing. So with that, here's a shopping guide of some of my favorite products to match the free spirit of your adventerous little one.

You know how I said holiday shopping can be "life changing"? Well that's because it can! When you order an ethically produced crochet doll from Cuddle and Kind, you're giving 10 meals to fight child hunger. Learn more about this companies' AMAZING story and shop all of their wide variety adorable dolls here!

$45-65. "Isla" The Mermaid

One of my favorite apparel pieces this season has been the Popcorn Bonnet by Misha and Puff. Hand-knit in Peru, this fitted bonnet comes in several different colors and is a staple in any child's winter wardrobe. Sizes range from 0m-6 yrs.

$48-54. "Persimmon" Popcorn Bonnet

I love to support small handmade shops like my own, but This Magnetic Wooden Block Set from Target is awesome! The little blocks are magnets so they click and stay together, inviting endless experimentation and curiosity. This product is designed in the USA, purposefully made in Honduras from sustainably sourced hardwoods, and is naturally safe with no lead or plastic.

Humble brag I know, but Free Babes Handmade bows really do make great holiday gifts! Handmade all over the U.S, our luxe velvets, classic satins, and festive plaids are lightweight and easy to ship. They also happen to fit perfectly in even the tiniest of Christmas stockings.

        "Red Lumberjack" Pigtail Set

       Luxe Velvet "Ginger" Hand-tied Bow

It's hard to believe that Free Babes Handmade began on ETSY just a couple of years ago. I still enjoy discovering adorable ETSY shops like By George Baby Boutique who's beautiful products are all handmade in the United States from ethically source materials.

A winter wardrobe wouldn't be complete without a colorful pom bonnet! This "Merry Pom" Bonnet by Briar Handmade is carefully crafted from 100% wool and has become a classic for current and future winter seasons.

$56.00. "Merry Pom" Bonnet

I don't know about you guys, but I personally don't think you can go wrong with a stuffed animal, especially when it's a stuffed unicorn with a soft and shimmering horn! This magical companion is perfect for winter evening and Christmas morning cuddles.

$22.50. "Jellycat Bashful Unicorn"

This little purse by Raine and Skye is a perfect gift for that little explorer you have in mind. Handmade in California each satchel is made of Metallic Rose Gold colored Genuine leather.  Inspired by the term "wanderlust" (a strong desire or urge to wander or travel and explore the world), this is a must have for your next midday adventure with your little one.

$15.00. Wunderlust Pocket - Rose Gold

I was immediately drawn to @daughter.co's classic aesthetic. It's creator, Ainslie, is such a sweet and genuine woman, and her talent lies in clean and simple lines of pieces that serve as the background for daily adventures. This collaboration has been so fun, and I hope you pick up a timeless piece to create new memories this summer.

I first met Samantha of Hello Tiny Love at a "Hey Mama" event when both of us were speakers on a social media panel. I was immediately drawn to her genuine and kind spirit as a mother, and our shared desire to raise adventurous and confident girls.
